General Information
Some of the questions
Where and when is the competition taking place?

The competition will take place February 9-11, 2024, at The Ford Center at the Star, located at 9 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75035. Doors open daily at 7:00 AM.

How much does admission cost?
  • Daily Admission:
    • Adults: $35 + taxes/fees per day
    • Children (3-12 years): $25 + taxes/fees per day
  • Weekend Pass:
    • Adults: $75 + taxes/fees
    • Children (3-12 years): $55 + taxes/fees
Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase online only through SeatGeek.com. All ticket sales are final

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is free at The Ford Center parking lot. The parking lot is a 5-minute walk from the entrance. A parking map is available on the website.

Arrival and Entry

What time should I arrive, and where do I enter?

Please allow extra time for parking and entry. Athletes should enter through the “Athlete/Coaches Entrance,” and spectators should enter through the “Main Entrance.” Both entrances are located near each other and are clearly marked with signs.

Are there security checks or a bag policy?

Yes, The Ford Center enforces strict security checks and bag policies:

  • Backpacks, large purses, camera cases, food/drink, and seat cushions are NOT allowed.
  • Approved bags:
    • Clear bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”.
    • Non-clear bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.
  • Gym bags are allowed for athletes and coaches.

Athlete Credentials and Arena Access

How do athletes receive their credentials?

Athlete credentials will be distributed by their coach. Please coordinate with your coach to ensure credentials are received before the competition begins.

Do athlete credentials grant access to all sessions?

Yes, athlete credentials allow entry to all sessions.

Where do athletes go after entering the arena?

Athletes will enter the field by the stairways. Signs will direct athletes to their assigned gyms.

Will the National Anthem be played?

Yes, the National Anthem is very important to WOGA Gymnastics and will be played daily at the start of the first session across all seven gyms.

How are age groups determined for athletes?
  • WOGA Classic: Age groups are determined as of February 11, 2024.
  • Valeri Liukin Invitational: Age groups are determined as of December 31, 2024.
  • Nastia Liukin Cup Qualifier: Level 10 athletes’ age is determined as of December 31, 2024.
Where can I find official competition results?

Results will be posted throughout the event on MeetScoresOnline.com.

Are there food and shopping options at the event?

Yes, there are many amenities:

  • WOGA Pro-Shop, Fine Design, and OZONE booths will sell exclusive event items.
  • A large vendor area will offer a variety of gymnastics-related items.
  • Numerous restaurants are located across the street from The Ford Center.
Can I purchase event apparel?

Yes, Fine Design is the official apparel vendor. Visit their booth on-site for WOGA Classic & Liukin Invitational gear.

Will there be action photography?

JKP Sports will take action photos of all participants. No pre-payment or request is required—simply stop by their booth after your child competes to view and purchase photos.

Are host hotels available for the event?

Yes, Team INN is the hosting company for lodging. Visit the website for a list of host hotels and booking information.

Can I follow updates and announcements about the event?

Yes, you can follow WOGA on Facebook and Instagram for updates and announcements.

Are outside food or drinks allowed in the venue?

No, outside food or drinks are not allowed per Ford Center policy.

Host Hotel & Dining
Coaches Information
Coaches Registration

• Coaches’ registration will be located directly inside the main entrance of the Ford Center at the Star. Please use the designated coach/athlete entrance to the right of the main entrance.
• Registration will begin at 7:00AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• All coaches must sign in to receive their coach credentials. You will also receive your athletes’ credentials. These must be worn at all times to access the venue. The coach that first signs in will receive credentials for all athletes competing. Please coordinate distribution with your athletes/parents. There will be no access on the competition floor without credentials. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Please note that all coaches must be on your USAG reservation. Coaches that are not pre-registered through USAG, will not be able to sign in. If you would like to edit your coaching staff, you can do so by emailing us at wogaclassic@woga.net. Deadline to update registration is February 5, 2024.
• Coach & Athlete credentials grant access to all sessions.
• Coaches Gift: When coaches check in, they will receive a voucher for a free shirt. The voucher can be redeemed at the Fine Design vendor booth. There will be two locations set up on the concourse at The Star. Please make sure to hold on to your voucher as we cannot replace it if it is lost. You can only use your voucher at the 2024 WOGA Classic/Liukin Invitational.

Hospitality:
  • Located on the 3rd floor.
  • Although breakfast will not be served, coffee and water  will be available throughout the day. We will offer lunch and dinner meals.
Coaches Meeting:
  • Held at the beginning of each session, near the operation table.
  • Rotation schedules and competition cards will be available at the operation tables for men’s gyms and women’s gym 7. Competition score cards for gyms 1, 2, 3 & 4 will be available in the hallway between gym 2 and 3 as you walk out into the arena.
  • Please send us your scratches/corrections as soon as possible.
Women’s Rotation Information:

NOTE: The National Anthem is very important to WOGA Gymnastics. Due to staggering session
times in each of the 7 gyms across the arena floor, the National Anthem will be played daily at
the start of the first session.

All Developmental levels in WOGA Classic Gym 1, 2, 3, 4 Warm-up procedure
  • Continuous rotations – When your team has finished competing, rotate to your next event immediately. We need your help to keep the meet moving smoothly. THANK YOU!
  • Squad Order – Stay in your squad order to allow enough rest time for the team competing at the
    end of the rotation.
  •  Squad Split – If your squad is 8 or less, do not split for warm up.
  • Athlete Order – Put your athletes in any order within your team. Take your athlete score cards from event to event and arrange them in competition order.
  • Bar Settings – “Bar settings are NOT included in warm up time; however, if a club or group of athletes chooses to block time, the clock will not stop within the block time.”
  • B Flight – Start your timed warm up when the A flight begins competing or when the event coordinator lets you know it is time to start.
Liukin Invitational Rotation Information:

NOTE: The National Anthem is very important to WOGA Gymnastics. Due to staggering session times in each of the 7 gyms across the arena floor, the National Anthem will be played daily at the start of the first session.

  • Announcer will time and call rotations for our men’s competition.
Gymnast Information:
  • Have your gymnasts use the designated coach/athlete entrance, to the right of the main entrance.
  • Gymnast credentials will allow entry to ALL sessions.
  • Have your gymnasts meet you at the front entrance to receive their credentials. Please coordinate distribution with coaches. Coaches and gymnasts will not be allowed on the competition floor without credentials.
  • JO athletes age groups will be determined as of February 11, 2024, for Girls and December 31, 2024, for Boys. Gymnasts will be divided into age groups within each session.
  • Elite athletes and Nastia Liukin Cup qualifiers will follow FIG determination date of December 31, 2024.

All equipment will be provided by our sponsor, Spieth America

Nastia Liukin Qualifier:

Level 10 competitors are eligible to compete for both Junior and Senior spots in the 2024
Nastia Liukin Cup. Junior competitors will be born 2008 or later and Senior competitors will
be born 2007 and earlier. Age determined as of December 31, 2024. Current National Team
Members athletes and foreign athletes are not eligible for qualification. Best of luck!
