Girls Beginner/Intermediate Gymnastics (Ages 6-9):
This 55-minute class is for beginner and intermediate girls, ages 6 to 9. Students are taught skills on each of the four main Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam, and floor, using USA Gymnastics skill progressions. Gymnasts warm-up for the first 15-minutes of each class, incorporating cardio, flexibility, and strength into their warm-up. The remainder of the class time is equally spent on trampoline, and two other events.

Girls who have achieved proficiency in the beginner/intermediate class will progress to this 55-minute long advanced class where they will be taught advanced skills on each event: vault, bars, balance beam and floor.
